DevCo Residential Property Management is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Professional in Everett, WA. The role combines sales, customer service, and marketing to lease apartments, renew leases, and ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Proficient using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High school education or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out duties.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen required.
• Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents via phone, email, and tours according to policy.
• Tour and lease apartment homes, guiding applicants through the process.
• Explain leasing documents, community rules, and move-in procedures.
• Assist with lease agreements, renewals, and screening processes.
• Inspect apartments before move-in to ensure readiness.
• Keep resident management software up to date with rent and lease data.
• Record traffic information daily and maintain resident files.
• Support tax credit program requirements for move-ins and re-certifications.
• Participate in resident events and community programs.
• Support marketing, social media, and pricing efforts for the community.
