• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; high school diploma required.
• 4 years of experience in various positions in a residential rental community.
• 2 years of experience as a Community Manager with proven achievements; student housing strongly preferred.
• Proficient in property management operations, finance, analytics, and decision-making; strong communication and people skills.
• Entrata experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Leasing & Marketing plans with the team to meet occupancy goals.
• Prepare weekly status reports and recommendations on pricing or leasing specials.
• Maintain product knowledge by evaluating market conditions and trends.
• Ensure timely follow-up with prospective residents and counter-sign contracts.
• Oversee accounts receivable, delinquency management, and vendor payments.
• Lead staff meetings, ensure confidentiality, and manage personnel development.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs and customer service standards.
• Ensure safety, emergency, and fire evacuation policies are followed and documented.
• Coordinate facilities and service requests using Entrata for tracking and closure.
