Job summary

Avanti Residential is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day property management, ensuring maintenance excellence and asset preservation across the community. You will manage on-site teams, financials, and activities while optimizing rent levels and occupancy to meet regional goals.

The role involves training the Assistant Community Manager, collaborating with regional leadership, and driving performance using KPI-driven approaches.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of supervisory responsibility or experience as Assistant Community Manager.
• 3+ years of property management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of resident and eviction laws; YARDI experience preferred.
• CAM certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and up-to-date vehicle insurance or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets with the Regional Director.
• Collaborate with DOIS & Business Managers to handle financial responsibilities.
• Maintain occupancy levels and achieve budget goals across submarkets.
• Drive property performance using KPI analysis and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager on vendors, billings, and insurance certificates.
