Job summary

Avanti Residential seeks a talented Community Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations, maintain occupancy goals, and lead on-site teams and vendors. You’ll manage budgets, rent levels, and asset preservation while training the Assistant Community Manager to cover duties when needed.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, knowledge of property laws, use of YARDI software, and a commitment to our Sempre Avanti culture and community excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of supervisory responsibility or experience as an Assistant Community Manager.
• 3+ years of property management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of resident and eviction laws; YARDI experience preferred.
• CAM certification preferred; valid driver's license and insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property management operations in coordination with the Regional Director.
• Manage budgets, occupancy targets, and rent levels to maximize asset value.
• Supervise on-site teams, coordinate with vendors, and track expenditures.
• Train the Assistant Community Manager to assume duties in your absence.
• Ensure compliance with laws, contracts, and safety standards.
