Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of property management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Fair Housing certification required before interaction with prospects or residents.
• Competence in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, orient, and train new personnel using company directives.
• Support staff and ensure timely administrative processes (evaluations, time sheets, etc.).
• Determine transitions and promotions for on-site personnel.
• File reports on work-related injuries and maintain records of community transactions.
• Prepare annual budgets and ensure rents and fees are collected and posted.
• Review invoices and make daily bank deposits.
• Oversee leasing practices and ensure compliance with laws.
• Supervise leasing staff and handle evictions and delinquencies.
• Maintain resident files and ensure a clean, safe community.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and inform residents of delays.
