Job summary

Thrive Communities in Seattle seeks a property manager to oversee budgeting, rent collection, and onsite operations for our portfolio. You will lead on-site staff, coordinate with HR and maintenance, and ensure compliance with MFTE/LIHTC programs.

Applicants need 3+ years in property management, 6+ months of supervisory experience, and proficiency in MS Word/Excel and Yardi/CRM. Notary license required or obtainable within 3 months of hire.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management or equivalent experience.
• 6+ months supervisory experience with strong leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred; LIHTC/ MFTE experience preferred.
• Notary license required or obtainable within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Financial oversight and budgeting accountability for the property.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate on-site staff and enforce procedures.
• Conduct bi-annual performance reviews and manage timesheets.
• Maintain records, audits, reports, and ensure compliance with programs.
• Lead safety, marketing, leasing, and resident relations activities.
