Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years’ experience in property management and supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, marketing, construction, and resident relations.
• Proficient with property management software (Entrata) and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude with team members, residents, clients, and the public.
• Aim to improve community performance to meet annual financial and operational goals.
• Direct day-to-day activities of loss prevention, risk management, safety, maintenance, marketing, leasing, and upkeep.
• Develop income by managing cash flow and leasing strategy.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and variances; manage receivables.
• Maintain community files and ensure lease data accuracy in management software.
• Coordinate revenue collection and documentation per lease obligations.
• Lead on-site maintenance, office staff, and leasing teams.
• Manage resident relations and coordinate repairs and lease issues.
• Participate in Cardinal U training and monitor team involvement.
