Qualifications

• College degree and progressive levels of accountability in property management and residential multi-housing business principles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor on-site team with one-on-one coaching and daily huddles.
• Hire, onboard and train team; manage performance per company policies and values.
• Assist in managing client/owner relationships with property performance updates.
• Provide input into budgets by analyzing financial statements and marketing data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents, ensuring collections, and preparing financial reports.
• Oversee lease enforcement, property inspections, and maintenance standards.
• Travel to properties as needed to pursue opportunities and ensure operations meet standards.
