Job summary

Greystar is seeking a part-time cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vacant apartment homes, leasing offices, clubs, and amenities at our properties. This role supports turnover during busy periods and may include overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities include cleaning the leasing office, model units, and common areas daily, keeping supplies stocked, and reporting hazards to supervisors. A valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart is required.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by the appropriate supervisor.
• Ensure vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are market-ready and fresh throughout the day.
• Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by appropriate Managers/Supervisors.
• Inform appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, and inform the appropriate supervisor when a re-order is necessary.
