Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises in Texas is seeking a Claims Property Adjuster to handle homeowner claims with diligence and regulatory compliance. You will interpret First Notice of Loss reports, investigate, evaluate coverage, and negotiate settlements within authority for various markets.

The role requires knowledge of property claims practices, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams while meeting service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years prior claims handling experience.
• 3 years property claims handling experience.
• Working knowledge of claims administration best practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone investigations to determine coverage and damages.
• Identify and obtain statements from insureds, vendors, and witnesses.
• Communicate and interact with a variety of individuals, including members, insureds and claimants.
• Evaluate, assess, make decisions, and negotiate within settlement authority to resolve first-party claims.
