Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a Field Property Claims Specialist to conduct on-site inspections, assess damages, determine coverage, and guide policyholders through the claims process with professionalism and empathy. This hybrid role includes field visits within the local market and occasional CAT support for large-scale events.

Preferred candidates have ACG training, appropriate licensing within 90 days, and 3+ years of claims experience, including negotiation, subrogation, and resolving

Qualifications

• Complete ACG Claim Representative Training or equivalent knowledge/experience.
• Eligible to acquire State Adjuster’s license within 90 days of hire and maintain as required.
• Must have a valid State Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned claims and contact insured/affected parties.
• Prepare estimates and determine coverage and payments per policy terms.
• Conduct on-site inspections and analyze damages with underwriting input.
• Document claims thoroughly in the claims system and negotiate settlements.
• Support CAT response and coordinate with internal units as needed.
