AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking an experienced claims professional to support the Property Claims operation on Homeowner policies. You will interpret First Notice of Loss, investigate claims, evaluate coverage, and negotiate within settlement authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4-6 years prior claims handling experience.
• 4-6 years property claims administration experience.
• Working knowledge of claims administration best practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and obtain statements from insureds, vendors and witnesses.
• Conduct phone investigations to determine coverage and damages.
• Determine policy obligations by assessing liability and damage components.
• Maintain proper activities and service levels.
• Explain policy coverages, benefits, and claims process in writing or verbally.
