Job summary

Tailwind Group, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Porter to maintain the property and provide excellent resident service at The Quarters Lincoln in Lincoln, Nebraska. The role focuses on interior and exterior upkeep, daily curb appeal, and supporting the maintenance team.

Rotating nights and weekends are required; the position offers a competitive hourly range and bonus potential. This in-person role emphasizes strong customer service and a professional appearance on site.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a janitorial or custodial role.
• Experience working in a customer service-oriented environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service with residents, prospects, vendors, officials, and community members.
• Maintain exceptional curb appeal by conducting daily property walks alongside the maintenance team to identify improvement areas and clean the grounds.
• Clean, sweep, dust, and meticulously maintain property common areas.
• Common areas include the clubhouse, model unit, pool area, and walkways.
• Sweep and remove debris from curbs, parking areas, walkways, and stairways.
• Remove trash daily and clean the pool and spa per manufacturer specs.
• Perform trash-out duties of vacated units as assigned.
• Support the maintenance team with basic repairs to units and common areas.
• Assist with turnover and make-ready processes.
• Meet company standards for cleanliness, upkeep, and resident service.
