Job summary

Tailwind Group is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Manager for The Quarters Lincoln to drive leasing, marketing initiatives, and resident engagement. You will build relationships with residents and prospects, execute a monthly marketing calendar, and lead the leasing team to meet occupancy goals.

The position is based in-office, Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed. Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $55,000 plus commissions, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field is preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• One or more years of progressive experience in student housing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service with residents, prospects, and community members.
• Lead the leasing team to achieve budgeted occupancy and pre-lease milestones.
• Plan and execute a monthly marketing calendar including events and digital outreach.
• Manage property social media and respond to inquiries to engage residents and prospects.
• Coordinate with Property Manager to schedule work and ensure leasing-related tasks are completed.
