Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Porter to maintain the common areas of the property and apartments before move-in. The role is full-time and non-exempt, offering hourly compensation and benefits eligibility.

The Porter will ensure clean, safe and well-maintained clubhouse and outdoor spaces, and will assist with apartment turnovers and curb appeal as needed. Strong customer service and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude and energy in customer service.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, walk and perform physical labor for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe clubhouse, office, model, and common areas.
• Keep property free of trash and debris.
• Maintain landscaping and watering of flowers.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and turnovers as directed.
• Communicate issues to supervisors and follow safety procedures.
• Respond to emergencies per policies and procedures.
• Support training and comply with company policies.
