Job summary

The Quarters Lincoln, managed by Tailwind Group, is seeking a part-time Porter to uphold the property's appearance and provide excellent resident service in Lincoln, Nebraska. This role requires rotating nights and weekends with a schedule not to exceed 29.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities include daily property walks with the maintenance team, cleaning common areas, and assisting with turnover and make-ready processes. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a janitorial or custodial role.
• Experience in a customer service-oriented environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, and community members.
• Maintain curb appeal by daily property walks with the maintenance team.
• Clean and maintain common areas (clubhouse, pool area, walkways, hallways, stairs).
• Assist with trash-out duties of vacated units and dispose of items.
• Support maintenance with basic repairs and turnover readiness.
