Tailwind Group, Inc. is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Manager for The Quarters Lincoln in Lincoln, Nebraska. You will coordinate sales and marketing strategies, build resident relationships, and lead a leasing team to meet occupancy goals.

The role is full-time, with standard weekday hours and occasional after-hours support. Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $55,000 plus commission, based on market data and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• One or more years of progressive experience in student housing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service with residents, prospects, vendors, officials, and community members.
• Lead the leasing team to achieve budgeted occupancy each year.
• Create and execute a monthly marketing calendar and outreach efforts.
• Plan on-campus and community outreach marketing initiatives.
• Manage property social media profiles and engage with residents online.
• Oversee move‑in/move‑out procedures and unit turnover processes.
