Job summary

Indigo Real Estate is seeking a dependable Porter to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal across its properties in Lynnwood, WA. The role involves janitorial and grounds-keeping duties, assisting with minor maintenance, and ensuring a professional image aligned with resident welfare.

You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and Business Manager on monthly, quarterly, and annual cleaning tasks, supporting a high-standards environment and strong customer service for residents.

Qualifications

• Ability to adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Great customer service skills.
• Detail-orientated and organized.
• Must be self-motivated and a team player, willing to help out wherever needed.
• Must be able to do heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, balancing, and carrying.
• Position requires weekend and holiday work.
• 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, grounds, hallways, garages, parking lots, and alleys.
• Assist with painting, minor maintenance repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and Business Manager on scheduled cleaning tasks.
• Respond proactively to tasks regarding cleanliness and the appearance of building interiors and exteriors.
• Perform regular vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and garbage removal.
• Utilize pressure washing as needed.
