Job summary

Tailwind Group is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Manager for The Quarters Lincoln in Lincoln, Nebraska. This full‑time role coordinates sales and marketing strategies, builds resident relationships, and leads the leasing team to meet occupancy goals.

The position operates Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with occasional after-hours based on business needs. Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $55,000 plus commission potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• One or more years of progressive experience in student housing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service with residents, prospects, vendors, officials, and community members.
• Lead the leasing team to achieve the budgeted occupancy each year.
• Achieve pre‑leasing milestones throughout the year as aligned with company and property goals.
• Act as lead salesperson by giving memorable tours and following up with prospects.
