The Property Management Company is seeking a friendly Porter to keep our community spaces clean and welcoming. This part-time role covers cleaning interior and exterior areas, basic maintenance tasks, and landscape-related duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping, landscaping, and painting experience helpful
• Previous janitorial, porter, or housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs for extended periods
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Professional and courteous when interacting with residents and staff
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Computer literacy is required

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, buff, and vacuum all floors as needed
• Clean management offices, clubrooms, kitchens, common areas, and bathrooms as needed
• Empty all trash cans on a daily basis and dispose of trash in designated areas
• Pick up garbage around the property daily
• Assist maintenance team as needed, including painting and work orders
