• Maintain Certificates of Insurance for vendors, tenants, and clients.
• Create and manage service contracts; support tenant event planning.

Job Description

TheProperty Administratorposition provides first-class property management services andassiststhe Property Management team withtheday-to-day responsibilitiesofoperatingan Industrial commercial property.Typical duties include Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable, office administration, customer service, and enhancing tenant relations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist Property Manager with day-to-day operation of assigned portfolio.
• Assist Property Manager with the preparation of monthly/quarterlyfinancial reports.
• File paperwork as necessary; Prepare lease termination forms and write-off forms as necessary; Create andmaintaindigital vendor files; Prepare aging reportsmonthly.
• Receive and enter work order requests into the system.
• Maintain, track, and input into the system all Certificates of Insurance for vendors/tenants/clients.
• Prepare, compile, andfacilitatethe creation and execution of Service Contracts for vendor services.
• Assistin planning and executing tenant events withthemanagement team.
• Maintain trackers for Certificates of Insurance, Service Contracts, and Tenant’s HVAC agreements for assigned properties.
• Assistwith accounts payable – accurately input, verify proper backup,and code all invoices according to the approved budget into the payables system and then forward to the Property Manager for approval.
• Assistwith accounts receivable – monthly review ofaccounts receivablein the system andassistwith the preparation of late notices and default notices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word; Yardi experience a plus
