Stream Realty Partners, L.P. is seeking a Property Administrator to deliver first-class property management services for a commercial portfolio.

This role will support the Property Management team with day-to-day operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and client relations to enhance tenant satisfaction and property performance. The position emphasizes accurate financial processing, monthly/quarterly reporting, and coordination of vendor contracts, with opportunities to grow

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; Yardi experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices and reports.
• Basic accounting skills and mathematical aptitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication; good organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis.
• Manage invoices and code them to the correct budgets.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports with the Property Manager.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the portfolio.
• Answer main phone line, greet visitors, and manage messages.
• Maintain insurance certificates for vendors and tenants.
• Support planning of tenant events with the management team.
