Stream Realty Partners is seeking a Property Manager to deliver first-class management services for a portfolio of assets across their client base. You will oversee daily operations, budgeting, reporting, and key vendor relations to ensure superior service and financial performance.

The role involves coordinating with multiple Stream teams and maintaining stringent adherence to management agreements, budgets, and client policies, while supervising designated personnel and expanding market

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3+ years of Commercial Property Management with supervisory responsibility preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication with clients, vendors and teams.
Experience preparing annual budgets, CAM reconciliations, and ownership reports.
Proficiency with real estate software (Yardi, MRI, Kardin, AvidXchange, IMPAK) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day property management activities and operations.
Collaborate with Construction, Leasing, Marketing, and Accounting teams to deliver high-level client service.
Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets and reconciliations.
Review invoices, GL entries, rent edits, and month-end reporting for clients.
Oversee tenant/vendor relationships and ensure compliance with agreements.
