Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Property Associate in Rosemont, IL to serve as the primary administrative contact for an Office property or portfolio, providing accounting support, tenant relations, and exceptional customer service. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in commercial property management and growth under seasoned professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field.
• 1-2 years of work experience in an office environment, preferably in CRE or property management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by responding to inquiries and coordinating resolutions.
• Support property management with data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of property records.
• Process AP/AR, COIs, and code invoices; support vendor coordination and maintenance work orders.
• Assist with monthly reports, lease administration, and tenant move-in processes.
