Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Houston, TX is seeking an Industrial Property Associate to act as the primary administrative contact for an Industrial portfolio, while providing accounting and financial support and maintaining positive tenant relations.

This on-site entry-level role offers a launchpad into commercial property management, with opportunities to work alongside experienced professionals, learn processes, and grow within the JLL team.

Qualifications

• This position requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of office experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to grow within commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by responding to inquiries and coordinating maintenance resolutions.
• Support property management with administrative tasks including data entry and maintenance of records.
• Process AP/AR, COIs, invoices and other financial tasks.
• Assist with vendor coordination and work order management for timely maintenance.
• Prepare monthly reports and property performance updates for senior management and clients.
• Support lease administration activities including tenant move-in processes and document filing.
• Assist with tenant events and building communications to enhance tenant experience.
• Provide backup reception support and general office operations as needed.
