Job summary

Hotwire Communications Ltd is seeking an Account Manager in Florida to serve as the primary liaison between the company and property Boards/HOA offices. You will manage customer satisfaction, service delivery, and accounts receivable health across assigned properties.

Responsibilities include building deep client relationships, conducting site visits, leading renewal discussions, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver value and upsell opportunities while staying current on telecom

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent.
• 2+ years in telecom with account management experience preferred.
• 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep client relationships and act as primary contact for assigned properties.
• Support events and promotional activities at assigned properties.
• Conduct ongoing account visits to review service performance and communicate new features.
• Identify upsell opportunities to drive incremental revenue.
• Handle resident and VIP escalations when necessary.
• Lead contract renewal presentations for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with legal, engineering, marketing and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deliver onsite product demos and training as needed.
• Attend local events and trade shows as required.
