Job summary

Hotwire Communications is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between the company and property boards/HOA offices. You will manage service delivery, customer satisfaction, and accounts receivable health.

You will build strong relationships with clients, support events, conduct regular visits, and present new features. The role emphasizes proactive upsell, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure end-to-end client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ telecommunications industry experience with account management experience preferred.
• At least 3 years of Account Management, Customer Service or related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Must embrace Hotwire’s White Glove culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop deeper relationships with clients and act as their primary contact with the company.
• Support events and other promotional activities at assigned properties.
• Conduct on-going account visits and meetings (minimum twice a month per account).
• Proactively identify opportunities for upsell to drive incremental revenue.
• Handle resident and VIP escalations when necessary.
• Lead contract renewal presentations for all assigned accounts.
• Develop relationships with property owners, boards, and IT staff to gain referrals.
