Job summary

Hotwire Communications is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our company and property clients. You’ll maintain relationships with Boards and HOA offices, ensuring service quality and timely receivables.

Responsibilities include growing client partnerships, conducting on-site presentations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and guiding contract renewals to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years telecom account management experience preferred.
• 3+ years in account management or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong alignment with Hotwire’s White Glove culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop deeper relationships with clients and serve as the primary contact.
• Lead account reviews, meetings and quarterly business reviews.
• Identify upsell opportunities to drive revenue.
• Manage contract renewals and present proposals.
• Coordinate with legal, engineering, marketing and operations to ensure satisfaction.
• Deliver on-site presentations and product training.
• Attend local or national events as needed.
