Job summary

Hotwire Communications, LTD is seeking an Account Manager in Boynton Beach, FL to serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned properties. You will maintain client relationships, ensure service delivery, and monitor accounts receivable health.

You will conduct site visits, support events, and present new features to clients. The role requires at least 3 years in account management or customer service in telecom and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent.
• 2+ years telecommunications industry experience with account management preferred.
• 3+ years of Account Management, Customer Service or related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Embrace Hotwire’s White Glove culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop deeper relationships with clients and act as primary contact with the company.
• Support events and promotional activities at assigned properties.
• Conduct ongoing account visits and meetings (min twice a month per account) to review service performance.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upsell to drive incremental revenue.
• Handle resident and VIP escalations as needed.
• Lead contract renewal presentations for assigned accounts.
• Establish and develop relationships with property owners, boards, and IT staff to gain referrals.
