Job summary

Hotwire Communications, LTD is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between the company and property boards/HOAs, ensuring service quality and healthy accounts receivable.

You will grow relationships, present solutions, lead renewals, upsell opportunities, coordinate with legal, engineering, and marketing, and support events at properties to drive satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years’ telecommunications/account management experience preferred.
• 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Embrace Hotwire’s White Glove culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop deeper relationships with clients and act as their primary contact with the company.
• Conduct on-going account visits and meetings to review service performance.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upsell to drive incremental revenue.
• Lead the contract renewal presentation process for all assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with legal, engineering, marketing and other teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Create and deliver onsite sales presentations/demos; provide product training.
