Job summary

Hotwire Communications, LTD is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the principal liaison between the company and property boards/HOA offices. You will maintain relationships, ensure service quality, and manage account health across assigned properties.

Responsibilities include developing client relationships, presenting products, and coordinating cross-functional teams to fulfill requests while driving revenue growth and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years telecom industry experience with account mgmt preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in Account Management or customer service.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop deeper relationships with clients and act as their primary contact.
• Conduct on-going account visits and meetings (min twice a month per account).
• Identify opportunities for upsell to drive incremental revenue.
• Lead contract renewal presentations for all assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with legal, engineering, marketing and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deliver onsite product presentations and training.
