Job summary

Hotwire Communications in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between the company and property boards/HOAs. You will maintain relationships, ensure service delivery, and manage accounts receivable health.

Responsibilities include client relationship development, coordinating events, conducting regular account reviews, upselling opportunities, and contract renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of Account Management, Customer Service or related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Must embrace Hotwire’s White Glove culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop deeper relationships with clients and act as their primary contact with the company.
• Support events and other promotional activities at assigned properties.
• Conduct on-going account visits and meetings (minimum twice a month per account).
• Proactively identify opportunities for upsell to drive incremental revenue.
• Handle resident and VIP escalations when necessary.
• Lead the contract renewal presentation process for all assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with property owners, boards, and IT staff to gain referrals to other communities.
• Deliver onsite sales presentations and product training as needed.
• Attend local/national events when required.
• Stay up-to-date on telecom trends and brand standards.
