Job summary

Western International Gas & Cylinders, Inc. is seeking a Packaged Operations Manager – Bulk Propane to lead propane operations across the zone, drive safety, compliance, and asset optimization, and ensure reliable service to customers.

You will partner with regional and site leaders to standardize practices, manage delivery and storage infrastructure, and supervise training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet growth and demand.

Qualifications

• Associate's/Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• CETP (Certified Employee Training Program) certification preferred.
• 5+ years leading multi-site operations in propane/fuel sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead propane safety program and ensure DOT, NFPA, OSHA compliance.
• Oversee training, audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Establish and maintain standards across all propane locations.
• Drive safety culture, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
• Direct delivery, service, installation, and activation processes.
