Qualifications

• 5 years of operational management experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret P&L statements.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety-first culture with strict compliance to standards.
• Coordinate delivery and service execution; ensure schedules and quality.
• Lead, mentor, recruit, and develop frontline employees while driving accountability.
• Manage district finances with focus on controllable expenses and KPIs.
• Oversee fleet and infrastructure to meet operational goals and uptime.
