Job summary

Campora Propane in California is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee the service center, yard, fleet, and field activities in a role that partners with the General Manager to improve safety, reliability, and customer experience.

You will coordinate routing and dispatch, maintain equipment, lead safety compliance, and assist with hiring and team development, blending office, yard, and field work to deliver safe, efficient service under varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing operations in propane, energy, logistics, or a closely related field.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards, ideally involving hazardous materials.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team and improving operational performance.
• Ability to manage routing, dispatch, or fleet operations.
• Strong communication skills to work across drivers, leadership, and customers.
