Job summary

Campora Inc. is seeking an operations leader to keep our propane service center running safely, efficiently, and reliably. You’ll oversee the yard, fleet, and field activities, partnering with the General Manager to boost safety, customer experience, and performance.

You’ll coordinate routing, maintain equipment, lead safety programs, and support hiring and coaching. This role offers a hands-on leadership path in a community-focused propane operations environment.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing operations in propane, energy, logistics, or a closely related field.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards, including hazardous materials.
• Proven track record leading a team and improving operational performance.
• Ability to manage routing, dispatch, or fleet operations.
