Job summary

Superior Plus Propane is seeking a District Manager to lead safe, reliable propane delivery and related services across the local market. You will guide frontline teams, optimize resources, and ensure regulatory compliance while focusing on minimizing costs and maximizing customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on leadership, 5+ years in operational management, experience in field personnel oversight, and strong data analysis skills.

• Lead safety and environment initiatives to uphold a zero-harm culture and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee delivery and service execution, ensuring schedules, installations, leak checks, and emergency response follow standards.
• Develop and mentor frontline teams; recruit, train, and retain talent; drive performance through communication with Area leaders.
• Manage district finances focusing on controllable expenses like overtime and optimize inventory and field capital.
• Monitor fleet and infrastructure; ensure maintenance programs run to maximize uptime and reduce costs.
• Use KPIs to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reductions in operational processes.
