Job summary

DCC Propane, LLC is seeking a Field Manager to oversee daily field operations at the Woodinville location. You will coordinate deliveries, manage inventories, and ensure safety compliance across propane distribution activities.

You will lead staff, develop schedules, and strive for excellent customer service while maintaining cost-effective operations. Local CDL-B travel is required, and the role reports to the Area Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; bachelor's in business management preferred.
• 3+ years in propane distribution; minimum 2 years in supervisory role.
• CDL Class B required; local travel.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the propane distribution facility.
• Coordinate with Dispatcher to manage delivery schedules and routing for timely deliveries.
• Monitor and manage inventory, place orders as needed.
• Ensure equipment and vehicles are maintained; utilize Fleetio as required.
• Cross-train staff in service and delivery to respond to customer needs.
