Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a Promotions Associate in Chicago, IL to support the planning, execution, and reporting of casino promotions and events. You will collaborate with Marketing to ensure guest-centric messaging and flawless promotion operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating drawings, maintaining kiosk promotions, and providing guest support. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays and to obtain/maintain an Illinois gaming license.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
• Minimum of six months of related experience and training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn other software systems.
• Must be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays.

• Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program.
• Coordinate the planning, setup, execution, and reporting of casino promotions, drawings, tournaments, giveaways and special events.
• Build, test and maintain promotions within Trilogy and Bally Rewards kiosk systems, ensuring accuracy before launch.
• Coordinate promotional drawings, including activation, winner selection, verification, prize fulfillment, documentation, and reporting.
• Create and maintain promotion rules, operational instructions, calendars, checklists, winner records, and departmental documentation.
• Develop and proofread guest-facing promotional messaging, signage, internal communications, and employee talking points.
• Provide guest support and troubleshoot promotional offers, kiosks, prizes, and operational issues, escalating when appropriate.
• Own assigned promotions from planning through completion, proactively managing deadlines, identifying potential issues, and keeping Marketing leadership informed.
• Execute drawings and events as needed on the casino floor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
