Audacy Los Angeles is seeking a Promotions Assistant for part-time on-site work in Los Angeles. The role blends event promotion, live broadcasts, and content creation with flexible evenings and weekends. You will support activations, capture on-site content, and assist sponsors at events.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of experience, a HS diploma or GED, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Basic photo/video/editing skills and a valid driver's license are a plus.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years experience; must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Experience in event promotions, marketing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with listeners and create a positive, energetic atmosphere at events.
• Basic photography, videography, and content editing for social media are a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) and ability to assist in coordinating event content.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed for events.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and team spirit; comfortable representing the brand.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR check; proof of insurance if using own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support in-field marketing and event production, assisting with station activations and live broadcasts.
• Set up, break down, and transport promotional event equipment, ensuring banners and staging are displayed.
• Capture and edit onsite content through photography and videography for social channels.
• Coordinate social media content to boost visibility and engagement at events.
• Engage with listeners and sponsors on-site to build a positive image and distribute merchandise.
• Maintain promotional equipment and vehicles, keeping them clean and ready for events.
• Provide office assistance and administrative support to the promotions team.
