Job summary

Audacy Richmond is seeking a Promotions Assistant to join the street team for on-site events, activations, and remote broadcasts. This part-time role supports contesting, setup, teardown, and live event execution while representing four major brands with energy and reliability.

You’ll assist with in-office tasks, on-air support, and event coverage, requiring a positive attitude and ability to lift equipment. 18+ and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and willingness to be a team player.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to drive company vehicles to and from events and lift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-site promotional events and coordinate/manage clients and listeners on-site.
• Set up and transport promotional event equipment as required.
• Set up and run audio and other equipment during an event.
• Hang banners and other staging elements at events.
• Record events (photos, videos, audio) for social media and recap purposes.
• Process winner paperwork and fulfill release forms when needed.
• Be available to work weekends, holidays, and blackout dates as specified.
• Must be 18 or older.
