Audacy Wilkes-Barre/Scranton is looking for a part-time Promotions Assistant to support on-site appearances and promotional events. You will engage listeners, assist with remote events, and help with setup and breakdown of gear and prizes.

This role offers flexible, event-driven hours and a chance to join a roster of talent for future opportunities. Applicants should be 21+, have a valid driver's license, and be able to work mid-week, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-site appearances (remotes) and promotions to engage audiences.
• Set up and breakdown of vehicles, equipment, signage and prizes.
• Distribute promotional items and conduct on-site contests.
• Interact with listeners, clients, sales staff and on-air talent.
• Assist promotions and sales staff with activities inside and outside the station.
• Follow legal requirements and disclosures for on-site contests and promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
