Job summary

Spanish Broadcasting Systems (SBS) seeks a part-time Promotions Assistant in Los Angeles, CA, to coordinate all aspects of activations and events. You will handle planning, execution, and post-event recaps while supporting social media content creation and inventory management.

The role requires evening, overnight, and weekend availability, a strong customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently and within a team. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and building strong business relationships and influencing senior/executive management is an asset.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in the evening, overnight and weekends.
• Self-initiating with the ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute promotions and events from planning to execution.
• Drive station vehicles to and from activations.
• Manage promotional inventory, such as banners and equipment.
• Develop and execute event promotions and strategy with management.
• Create social media content as needed.
• Create event recaps.
• Oversee displays setup for events/trade shows and breakdown.
• Maintain regular communication with management.
