Audacy is seeking outgoing professionals to support our Promotions & Experiences team in event management, promotions, and integrated marketing in the Chicago Market. This is a part-time hourly position.

We are always searching for talented individuals who are passionate about joining our dynamic team. This is an evergreen job posting for Promotions Assistant, refreshed approximately every 90 days to maintain an active pool of candidates.

Formación

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in event management in sports, entertainment, lifestyle or news formats.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Experience using Google Workspace.
• Valid driver’s license with a good record.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate on-site experiences for Audacy events.
• Assist in set-up, execution and tear down of events.
• Support Marketing on promotions, contests and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments and partners on event execution.
• Work with internal teams on recap materials for on-site events.
• Follow all legal requirements and disclosures for on-site contests and promotions.
• Other duties assigned by manager
