Qualifications

• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in event management in sports or entertainment formats.
• Strong organizational skills are a must to succeed in this position.
• Night and/or weekend work as needed.
• Must be 21 or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License with a good record and ability to drive promotional vehicles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site experience for Audacy events.
• Assist in set-up, execution and tear down of events.
• Support Marketing team on promotions, contesting and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments and partners on event execution if needed.
• Work with internal teams on recap materials needed for on-site events.
• Follow all legal requirements and disclosures with regards to on-site contests and promotions.
• Other duties assigned by manager.
