Job summary

Audacy Atlanta is seeking Energetic Promotions Assistants to help plan and execute on-site activations at local venues and events. Must be a people person with flexible availability, including nights and weekends, and be able to lift equipment and drive a SUV. Basic Canva and social media knowledge required.

You’ll support the Promotions team with in-office tasks, contest administration, and live event setups, while maintaining professional appearance and dependable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• Must be able to lift and carry equipment and drive a SUV.
• Strong computer skills; Canva and social platforms knowledge.
• Experience with Google Workspace a plus; familiarity with promos software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site activations and events.
• Support planning and execution of contests and promotions.
• Help with setup/teardown and equipment at events.
• Coordinate with Promotions Director/Manager and team.
