Job summary

Aquent Studios, in partnership with a pioneering pharmaceutical company, seeks a temporary Audit/Promotional Content Specialist. You will perform monthly audits, generate audit samples, and maintain SOPs to ensure compliant marketing communications that safeguard patient safety.

You will manage the promotion quality inbox, assist deviation investigations, and coordinate translation and transcreation with vendors to ensure timely approvals and alignment with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete monthly audits and log findings in the promotional content management system.
• Generate audit sample sets at month start following QA guidelines.
• Maintain and update SOPs for all audit activities.
• Manage the promotion quality inbox and inquiries.
• Support deviation classification and investigation processes.
• Ensure documentation and training materials are current.
• Coordinate translation and transcreation with vendors and owners.
• Create and submit translation documents for approval as needed.
• Facilitate translation with vendors using approved English references.
• Update SOPs and work instructions with approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete monthly audits and meticulously log findings into the designated promotional content management system.
• Generate precise audit sample sets at the beginning of each month, adhering strictly to established quality assurance guidelines.
• Maintain and proactively update standard operating procedures for all audit activities.
• Efficiently manage the dedicated inbox for promotion quality inquiries and submissions.
• Provide essential support to the deviation classification and investigation processes, ensuring thorough resolution.
• Guarantee that all process documentation and training materials are current and well-maintained for effective broader communication.
• Initiate, triage, and expertly manage requests for translation and transcreation services with vendors and job owners, always adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
• Create, own, and submit translation and transcreation documents for approval within the promotional content management system as required.
• Facilitate the translation and transcreation process by ensuring vendors receive all necessary documents and references of approved English materials.
• Update standard operating procedures and work instructions as needed and secure appropriate approvals.
