Job summary

Aquent Studios is seeking a Promotion Quality Coordinator in the US market to support promotion quality investigations and translation workflows for a pharma client. The role focuses on executing audit activities, maintaining SOPs, and coordinating translation services with vendors and job owners.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats, knowledge of promotional standards, and excellent communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete monthly audits and log in Veeva Vault Promomats.
• Generate audit sample sets each month per QAP guidelines.
• Maintain and update Audit SOPs.
• Manage Promotion Quality Inbox.
• Support deviation classification and investigation processes.
• Update process documentation and training materials.
• Coordinate Translation/Transcreation requests with vendors and job owners.
• Create and route Translation/Transcreation documents for approval in Veeva Vault PromoMats.
• Ensure vendor has all English AFD references.
• Update SOPs/Work Instructions as needed and obtain approvals.

Job description

Aquent Studios is looking for a Promotion Quality Coordinator, who will be responsible for performing activities around the execution and documentation of process & procedures for Promotion Quality Investigations related to marketing and promotional material within the US Market and supports Translations processes for one of our top clients in the pharma industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Completing monthly audits & logging into Veeva Vault Promomats
• Generate audit sample sets at the start of each month based on guidelines provided in QAP
• Maintain & update Audit SOP
• Manage Promotion Quality Inbox
• Support the Deviation Classification & Investigation Process
• Ensure process documentation and training materials are updated and maintained for broader communication.
• Initiate, triage and pull-through requests for Translation/Transcreation services with vendor and job owners adhering to SOPs and Work Instructions
• Create, own and send for approval Translation/Transcreation documents in Veeva Vault PromoMats as needed
• Support Translation/Transcreation Process with job owners/vendor ensuring vendor has all needed documents and references of English AFD documents
• Update SOPs/Work Instructions as needed and gain approvals
