Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. seeks a Project Coordinator to support enterprise programs across departments in the United States. The role focuses on coordinating timelines, documenting processes, and enabling technology implementations with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Claude AI tools.

You will act as a bridge among business users, IT, and vendors, ensuring compliant practices and driving workflow improvements through SOPs and AI-driven automation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project coordination, operations, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce for project tracking and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Claude AI tools for workflow support and process improvement.
• Experience with process documentation and SOP creation.
• Experience with GRC, Compliance, Risk, Audit, or cybersecurity support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Document workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Support technology implementations, testing, and rollouts.
• Assist with AI tool evaluations, prompt development, and workflow automation.
• Track action items, requests, documentation, and deadlines across initiatives.
• Serve as liaison between business users, IT, and third-party vendors.
