This role collaborates with sales, production, and field teams to move projects from initial contact through installation and final payment, ensuring details are organized and on track. You’ll manage multiple priorities, communicate with customers, and take ownership of project documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional office or project coordination experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Confident communicating with customers by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via website and marketing channels.
• Communicate with customers through various project stages.
• Maintain accurate customer and project data in Salesforce.
• Follow up with leads and customers in a timely, professional manner.
• Call in and monitor utility locate requests.
• Prepare and submit fence permit applications with municipalities.
• Coordinate project documentation between Sales and Production.
• Participate in weekly production and forecasting meetings.
• Assist with project scheduling and customer communication.
• Process customer billing and monitor outstanding balances.
• Identify issues and coordinate solutions before they become problems.
